Women's Only Programs

Women’s only programs are designed to ensure women of all backgrounds and abilities feel safe and comfortable using our programs, facilities and services. Aimed ad addressing historical and present day underrepresentation of women in sport and recreation, they enable equitable access and ensure the benefits of active wellbeing are shared as broadly as possible.

Anyone at Toronto Met who identifies as a woman (women includes all cis and trans individuals who identify as a woman) is welcome.
