Mood Routes

Mood Routes Get moving. Get grounded. Get lifted.

Mood Routes is a part of TMU Community Wellbeing's ThriveTMU program, in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association’s Mood Walks.  The program encourages us to get outside not just for physical activity, but to de-stress, refocus, and re-ground ourselves.

Mood Routes are designed to provide the following benefits:

  • Restore attention, focus and reduces stress
  • Improve health and fitness levels
  • Increase connection to nature and improve mood
