Do you want to get your heart rate up in Ultimate Bootcamp, sweat to Latin music in Zumba or learn to Kickbox? Or maybe you are interested in yoga or spin but never tried it? Drop-in to one of our 30 group fitness classes with our talented and certified fitness instructors!

Whether it’s your first time in a fitness studio or you are a regular, everyone is welcome to participate and work toward their health and wellness goals. Lots of variety to meet the interests and needs of everyone!

Fees

FREE: Drop-in group fitness classes are free to all TMU students, TMU grad students and members who hold an active membership.

What to expect

  • 45 - 60 minute classes
  • Drop-In Style: first-come, first-serve basis (no pre-registrations)
  • Arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to secure your spot

Celebrating Influential Black Artists of Our Time

Join us for an electrifying night of music, dance, and culture as we honor Black History Month with a celebration of the most influential Black artists of our time! From hip-hop and R&B to pop and house music, come dance to legendary and contemporary Black musicians who have shaped the sound of today.

Expect high-energy vibes and a dance floor that won’t stop moving. Whether you're here to groove, connect, or celebrate Black excellence, this is a dance class you won’t want to miss!

Build strength, fitness and confidence in classes like TMC (Total Muscle Conditioning), FUNctional Full Body and TRX + Circuit.

Reconnect your body and mind as you stretch, strengthen and meditate in classes like Stretch + Flex, Yoga, Yoga Flow and Yin Yoga.

Ride and roll to the music as your instructor leads you through traditional Spin and combo classes like Spin + Stretch, and Spin + Core + Stretch.
