Fall/Winter Parking Permits
Available to students
Applications for Fall/Winter 2024-2025 student parking permits are now open! Permits are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
Student parking permits for the 288 Church St. garage are sold out. Fall 2024 permits for the 202 Jarvis St. lot are also sold out.
Duration
Parking permits are valid for a four or eight month period and grant you unlimited in-and-out parking privileges for the duration of your parking permit:
- Four month parking permit
- Fall 2024 semester: September 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024
- Winter 2025 semester: January 1, 2025 to April 30, 2025
- Eight month parking permit
- Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 semesters: September 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025

Please note that the online permit application portal is not unavailable between 12 a.m. to 1:15 a.m. daily for maintenance.
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an email confirmation to your TMU email account from tmuparking@torontomu.ca. This email will include:
- Transaction confirmation
- Parking facility location attached to your permit
- Access guidelines for your parking facility location
- Instructions regarding the placement of parking permit decals on vehicles
Please allow two (2) business days after your transaction date for your OneCard to be activated.
TMU student parking permit holders must pick up their parking permit decal from the OneCard Office. Please note that we require two business days between when you purchase your parking permit and when you may pick up your parking permit decal from the OneCard Office.
Parking permit decals must be clearly displayed on the left side of the vehicle’s front windshield or on the dashboard of the vehicle at all times. Failure to do so may result in the vehicle being ticketed and/or towed.
