Steven Delaney

Steven Delaney is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of Capital Blockchain.  Prior to this position, Steve was the CIO of MCAP, the largest mortgage company in Canada with $150B of AUA.  Previous to MCAP, Steve worked as the CIO for the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) and has held executive positions with RBC and BCE.

Steve has a PhD in Computer Science from TMU, an MBA from York University, and an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto.  He has obtained his ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Steve is currently a Director on both private and public sector Boards and Councils.
