Lina Rodriguez

Colombian/Canadian Lina Rodriguez (she/her) is an independent filmmaker with an established international trajectory. Her body of work, which includes four feature films and six shorts, has been showcased at many film festivals and cultural venues, such as the Berlinale, TIFF, Locarno, NYFF, the Mar del Plata International Film Festival, the Harvard Film Archive, the ICA in London, Birkbeck Institute for the Moving Image, the Museum of the Moving Image, Hot Docs, Film at Lincoln Center and Tabakalera Centro Internacional de Cultura Contemporánea. Her films have also been honoured with retrospectives in Madrid, Buenos Aires and Bogotá.

Besides having theatrical releases, her films have been distributed on platforms such as iTunes, Crave, Air Canada, Mubi and are currently featured on the Criterion Channel.

She is currently in post-production on a feature documentary and in development on a Colombian-Canadian psychological thriller.
