How To Apply
There are two main types of undergraduate jobs with Housing & Residence Life: live-in positions and live-out positions. Both types of jobs require that you submit an online application, resume & cover letter, and information (email address) for one reference.
If you are applying to multiple positions, please ensure you submit an application for each job.
Online Application
All undergraduate positions must complete the following steps:

Applications are due by Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 11:59am EST.
If this is your first time applying for a position/living in residence, you will need to register as a new user. Please click the activate account button and follow the instructions. Use your TMU Email (or Applicant email) and your 9-digit student number.
During the live-in application process you will be asked to fill out your building and room preferences.
If you experience issues while registering or logging back in please contact the Housing & Residence Life office, res.hiring@torontomu.ca, include your full name, student number and preferred email address in the email. If you are unable to see "Job Postings" in your eRezLife account, email res.hiring@torontomu.ca with your student ID number to let us know!
2. Offer Letters will go out on Friday, February 14, 2025.
