Building Resilience: Getting Through Grad School in One Piece!

Graduate students learned how to culture their resilience and well-being by learning how mindfulness, gratitude, optimism, self-compassion and grit come together to build their resiliency tool kits. They learned strategies for thriving — in grad school and beyond!
This session was facilitated by Dr. Diana Brecher, Clinical Psychologist, Centre for Student Development and Counselling, Division of Student Affairs / Adjunct Faculty, Psychology Department / ThriveRU, Special Projects, Student Affairs.
Recipients of the Jennifer Mactavish Graduate Student Leadership Awards were also announced at this event.
