GRADBreather: Unlock your potential with good nutrition

As we return to campus after two years of online learning, it can be a challenge transitioning to new schedules and environments. In times of stress and busyness, it’s easy to neglect our nutrition and health. YSGPS has partnered up with MHSc Nutrition Communication students to provide a student-led space to express concerns around healthy eating during this time and provide tools to help prioritize a healthy diet.

Come on out to learn about nutrition on the go in a short 30-minute lunch session! A short anonymous survey will be provided to participants to help us gauge interest in these sessions.
