CERC Migration Graduate Student Stipends

The Canada Excellence Research Chair offers Graduate Student Stipends to full time MA students studying at Toronto Metropolitan University on a migration and/or migrant integration-related topic.

The scholarship involves a total of up to $10,000 support. Successful candidates will be mentored by a member of the CERC Migration Research team, attend Monthly Migration Working Group and present their research at a dedicated session, as well as have access to occasional research workshops and conferences that the CERC will organize. Candidates must apply to their MA program of interest as per the specific program’s guidelines and requirements. The program will invite successful top ranked applicants to apply for this scholarship in their offers of admission.
