Anne has over 10 years of experience working as a RECE and RSW in the greater Toronto area and she is devoted to implementing and modeling holistic approaches to early learning and care. Anne is an advocate for inclusive environments that support children’s overall health and well-being while simultaneously supporting families with service coordination and resource information. 

Anne uses reflective and evidence-based practices to integrate her clinical background and knowledge of child development when promoting early intervention strategies within early learning and care environments.

Anne values the paramount role of collaboration with multifaceted individuals, professionals and groups in the context of community development to promote inclusive, diverse, equitable and accessible community services and programs. Anne holds the position of Resource Consultant with the Every Child Belongs Consultation Program at Ryerson University where she combines her expertise of child development and mental health to provide proficient consultation service to families and the early learning community. Anne is dedicated to cultivating supportive, stimulating, and inclusive environments that allow children, their families and wider community members to reach their fullest potential. As a Field Educator, Anne leads through example by providing hands-on learning opportunities for practicum students and by presenting guest talks and presentations for various courses within the School of Early Childhood Studies relating to early childhood intervention and care.
