Temporary access restrictions to Dalhousie St. begin April 29
As communicated on January 16, Graywood Developments is building a 53 story high-rise condo at 241 Church St., located at the northeast corner of Church St. and Dundas St. Construction is expected to last until late 2027 and some disruption is anticipated due to its close proximity to the south side of the George Vari Engineering and Computing Centre (ENG).
To facilitate construction, there will be temporary access restrictions to Dalhousie St. between Gould St. and Dundas St. East.

To facilitate the work, road closures will happen twice a week for the next four weeks. Road closures will take place between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. two days a week between Monday and Friday. This alert will be updated as road closure dates are confirmed. Please note that dates are subject to change.
How this may impact you
Twice a week between Tuesday, April 29 and Friday, May 23, Graywood Developments will temporarily occupy Dalhousie St. between Gould St. and Dundas St. East for construction related activities. Loading access to ENG will be available for vehicles travelling southbound on Dalhousie from Gould St. and personnel will be on site to direct traffic and manage pedestrian flow. Sidewalks will be preserved for pedestrian use.
Building occupants may temporarily experience increased noise during construction vehicle activities.
