Update: The replacement of the light fixtures in the Architecture Building (ARC) has been scheduled for Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 8 a.m. to Monday, February 24, 2025 at 4 a.m.
From Saturday, February 15 to Sunday, February 16 between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., there will be no access to the following spaces:
- ARC-200A
- ARC-200B
- ARC-200C
- ARC-200D
From Saturday, February 15 to Sunday, February 23 between 6 p.m. to 4 a.m., there will be no access to the following spaces :
- ARC-117
- ARC-200F
- ARC-200G
- ARC-300A
- ARC-300B
- ARC-300C
- ARC-300D
- ARC-303
- ARC-303A

Update: The replacement of the light fixtures in the Architecture Building (ARC) has been delayed and will not begin on February 5 as previously communicated. Building occupants will receive an email with revised installation dates once confirmed.
**Facilities Management and Development (“Facilities”) is overseeing the replacement of light fixtures in classrooms on the second and third floor of the Architecture Building (ARC). Contractors will install new LED light fixtures and ballasts to improve lighting and lower energy costs for the university.
The work is scheduled to begin Wednesday, February 5, 2025 and will be completed by Monday, February 17, 2025. To minimize the impact on building occupants, the majority of the work has been scheduled to be completed outside of regular business hours.
Outage details
Start date: 9 a.m. on Wednesday, February 5, 2025
End date: 4 a.m. on Monday, February 17, 2025
Installation will take place between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Monday to Friday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
