As the director of real estate, Molly Anthony, is responsible for the university’s real estate acquisitions, property asset management and leasing portfolio. Her team helps to identify opportunities that support TMUs current and future growth in alignment with the principles of the Campus Master Plan.

The Real Estate team often works with Facilities’ Planning and Development team on strategic objectives, the Space Planning team for additional space requests, the Project Management Office for the renovation and customization of leased spaces and Legal Services for the finalization and execution of real estate contracts, leases and agreements.

What we do

The team is involved in all aspects of property acquisition, as well as lease agreements and contract negotiations between landlords and leaseholders. The team also identifies and develops partnership opportunities aligned with strategic priorities with developers and business owners.
