Centre for Urban Innovation envelope work underway

Both the five-storey and three-storey concrete structures of the Centre for Urban Innovation (CUI) have been completed, with penthouse steel work to be completed in April 2018. The north crane was removed as planned early in March, with the removal of the larger crane scheduled for Saturday April 21, pending any weather or other unforeseen delays.

Building envelope work is well underway, with completion anticipated in May 2018. Interior finishes have begun, including framing, drywall and some ongoing painting. Finally, landscaping and commissioning work is scheduled to occur between May and July 2018.
