Future Skills Research

Diversity Institute – Future Skills is a research lead for the Future Skills Centre (FSC), a forward-thinking centre for research and collaboration dedicated to preparing Canadians for employment success. The research focuses on new and innovative approaches to prepare for the future skills needs and demands that work; building a responsive and effective skills ecosystem; and furthering our understanding of what we know, what we don’t know, what works and what doesn’t in relation to future skills and the future of work.
