Lincoln Alexander School of Law Tuition and Fees
Fall 2024 / Winter 2025 / Spring 2025
Fees for the Lincoln Alexander School of Law include tuition and ancillary fees:
- Tuition fees cover instructional and academic program costs and general operating costs of the university
- Ancillary fees support programs, services and facilities outside of academic programming. For example, support services, athletics, clubs, unions and more
Every effort is made to ensure that published fee information is accurate and up-to-date. On the rare occasion when an error may be identified, Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) reserves the right to modify or correct information without notice.
Fees can be confirmed by completing an account inquiry on MyServiceHub. They are posted in July for the fall term and in October for the winter term. Visit the Lincoln Alexander School of Law for refund deadlines.
Health Plan Opt Out
The TMSU Health and Dental Plan (external link) is assessed for all Law students. If you have alternative health coverage, you may opt out directly with TMSU by the applicable deadlines.

Equalization of Tuition for Students with Disabilities
A student who must take a reduced course load due to their disability pays no more in tuition and applicable ancillary fees for their program than a student without a disability. Please review Senate Policy #159: Equalization of Tuition for Students with Disabilities for more details.
