Congratulations, 2025 students–you’re in the home stretch! You’ve applied to graduate, now what’s next? Registering to attend your convocation ceremony.

Convocation is a time to celebrate your academic achievement with family and friends. Let’s celebrate together. Visit the ceremony dates page for complete ceremony details.

If you have applied to be a June graduate, a confirmation of your eligibility to graduate will be emailed to you by Curriculum Management the month prior to convocation, in May.

If you have applied to be an October graduate, you will recieve your confirmation the month prior to convocation, in September.

All students who have applied to graduate, and are then approved to graduate, will be emailed an invitation to attend their convocation ceremony. You may track your graduation status on MyServiceHub.
