Accessibility
Live captioning and ASL interpreters will be projected on the stage screen in the Convocation Arena as well as on the live-stream broadcast. Links for the live-stream will be updated on the home page of the convocation website each day.

Guests with a valid ticket can access the designated accessible seating area via the elevator to the third floor accessible entrance. Any additional guests may sit in this area if accompanying someone who requires accessible seating.
The designated accessible seating area has space for stroller parking, walkers, and other assistive devices.
Each floor is accessible via the elevators. In addition, each floor is accessible via an escalator.
Graduands who require accessibility accommodations are encouraged to contact convocation@torontomu.ca (opens in new window) in advance of the ceremony so that staff can provide information to help with accommodation requests.
All floors of the Mattamy Athletic Centre are accessible via elevator, escalator and stairs. There are also accessible bathrooms on the second, third and fourth floors.

Event staff are located throughout the venue and will be happy to assist you. Convocation staff and volunteers will have gold gowns. In addition, the staff at the Mattamy Athletic Centre will assist with ushering and ticketing guests during the ceremonies.
