Holiday Closure Notice: Event & Space Reservation Services will be closing for the holidays on December 20, 2024. We will stop accepting new space booking requests as of December 13, 2024.

We will resume operations and begin accepting space reservations again starting on January 6, 2025. Additional information about the closure below.

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto, the Toronto Metropolitan University campus offers a variety of spaces for your next event, whether it’s a conference, lecture, meeting or workshop. 

You can book a number of spaces on campus, including classrooms, meeting rooms, conference rooms and lecture halls.

Book a space on campus today

All space booking requests must go through the Space Reservation Request Form. After submitting the form, please allow at least a minimum of 10 business days for our team to respond. Requests to rent Toronto Metropolitan University facilities are subject to the Bookable Space Policy.

Holiday Closure Notice

Event & Space Reservation Services will be closing for the holidays on December 20, 2024. As part of our holiday schedule, we will stop accepting new space booking requests as of December 13, 2024

We will resume operations and begin accepting space reservations again starting on January 6, 2025.

Please keep the following in mind as we approach the holiday closure:

  • Urgent Requests: If you have an urgent space reservation request before our December 13 cutoff, please submit it as soon as possible.
  • Processing Times: Any requests submitted after December 13 will be processed upon our return on January 6, 2025.

Space bookings for students

If you are a current student, please sign in to TMU Student Life’s TMU Connect portal to complete a request for event space.

Catering for your event 

TMU Food Services is the on-campus catering partner, as well as the exclusive supplier for the sale and service of alcoholic beverages on campus. Learn more about Catering by TMU Eats.

Audio visual equipment rentals and service

When booking a meeting or conference, TMU Media Services can support your audio visual equipment rental and service needs. 

TMU students, faculty and staff 

TMU students, faculty and staff have access to borrow a wide variety of equipment, including speakers, microphones, projectors, and more. Visit the Media Services website to make a media equipment reservation.

Non-TMU community members and external organizations 

If you are non-TMU community member or a member of an external organization, please contact TMU Media Services to discuss the details of your event and to get a quote.
