Dr. Fei Song, Program Director, Master of Science In Management Program

Welcome!

The heart of our grad program is a culture of curiosity and inquiry. As faculty, our job is to ask important and relevant questions and to explore possible answers—in collaboration with our colleagues here and at other universities, with our graduate students, and undergraduates.

Our program offers a comprehensive curriculum combining theoretical knowledge with practical research skills, guided by the TRSM faculty who are leaders in their fields and are applying their expertise through scholarship, research and real-world practice to address both the most pressing challenges of the day and the enduring human questions. They will challenge you, guide you, and open doors to new possibilities.

As a master's student, you have the intellectual curiosity and academic foundation needed to thrive in this program and advance your career in management-focused research. Your thesis work will be a crucial component of your journey, providing an opportunity for original research, scholarship, or creative activity. Collaboration with your advisors will be instrumental in shaping your development as a thinker, writer, analyst, leader, and innovator. Your unique contributions are what define our program, and we look forward to the fresh ideas and energy you bring to our campus and our learning community.

A program committee reviews every application on an individual basis. All admission requirements are considered, with emphasis on strong academic credentials, expressed applicant research aptitude, and alignment of research interests with an available faculty supervisor.

Before you apply, familiarize yourself with the research background of our faculty members, admission requirements, and the application process.
