Dr. Brendan Strejcek is Assistant Professor of HRM/OB in the Ted Rogers School of Management, Toronto Metropolitan University. He is trained in the fields of Organizational Behaviour and Marketing. Theories and methodologies from behavioural science and psychometrics have significantly influenced his research. He is interested in the future of work and the history of ideas.
