Important Notice - MyServiceHub Production Outage Sunday Nov 17th from 8am to 1pm
Due to a scheduled maintenance window, the Senate Appeals and ACR portal will be unavailable between the hours of 8:00 am and 1:00 p.m. on Sunday November 17th.
The portal will resume service after this time.
Once the system resumes, clear your browser cache (we recommend you use an alternate browser) and resubmit your request again. You will receive a confirmation and a reference number indicating a successful submission.
