Community Standards of Respect & Inclusion

We are committed to building a safe and inclusive space where all people are valued and celebrated. Bullying, harassment, discrimination and disrespect undermine this goal and have no place in our community. Unacceptable behaviours include: 

  • Not following staff instructions
  • Yelling, insults or profanity
  • Misusing restricted-access equity programs
  • Unwanted attention and sexual advances
  • Expressions of bigotry, hatred or prejudice
  • Violence, threats and intimidation
  • To respect member privacy and comfort, video recording and photography are strictly prohibited in all fitness centre areas. Violations may result in staff intervention and further action.

Engaging in these behaviours will result in facility access being revoked.
