Olayinka Damilola Ola-Lawson

Olayinka Damilola Ola-Lawson is a doctoral candidate at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, where she received both a Bachelor and Masters degree. Her research interests include sociology of development, migration studies, gender studies, sociology of the family, rural sociology and urban sociology. Olayinka is currently working on projects that explore migration and diaspora issues, rural and urban issues, gender, child, youth, and agriculture. She has published in both local and international journals, as well as in books. She also works as an analyst with skills in statistical package for social sciences and NVivo.
