This targeted session is designed to empower Academic Leaders with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize MyServiceHub.
We will provide a comprehensive overview of the specific security roles assigned to Chairs and Directors and Academic Leaders, along with the corresponding permissions, approvals, and access levels to MyServiceHub.
We will provide hands-on exploration of the functionalities essential for Academic Leaders, including streamlining approval processes for various requests, such as grade changes, permanent withdrawals initiated by students, and plan change requests.
Finally, we will give an overview of the use of reporting tools to gain insights into program performance, student progress, and other key metrics.
By the end of this session, you will be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to maximize the benefits of MyServiceHub while upholding the highest standards of data security and privacy.
