 Fall 2024 Dates

Last day to drop a Fall 2024 course in good academic standing (no refund of fees) = Friday, November 15th, 2024
Last day of Fall 2024 classes = Monday, December 2nd, 2024
Fall Study Day = Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024
Fall 2024 Exam Period = Wednesday, December 4th to Sunday, December 15th, 2024 (Saturdays and Sundays included)
Official last day of the Fall 2024 term = Sunday, December 15th, 2024
Mid-Winter break = Monday, December 23rd to Sunday, January 5th, 2025 (University closed)
Release of official Fall 2024 grades and standing = Wednesday, January 8th, 2025
Last day to appeal Fall 2024 grades and standing = Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025 by 4pm ET

4th Year Priority Enrolment begins via MyServiceHub = Tuesday, December 17th, 2024 at 8am
3rd Year Priority Enrolment begins via MyServiceHub = Monday, December 23rd, 2024 at 8am
2nd Year Priority Enrolment begins via MyServiceHub = Tuesday, December 24th, 2024 at 8am
1st Year Priority Enrolment begins via MyServiceHub = Thursday, December 26th, 2024 at 8am
Winter Open Enrolment period = Thursday, January 2nd, 2025 at 12am – Friday, January 24th, 2025 at 11:59pm
First day of Winter 2025 classes = Friday, January 10th, 2025
Last day to join a class waitlist = Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025
Last day to add/swap a class, or drop a class with a 100% refund of fees = Friday, January 24th, 2025
Last day to pay Winter 2025 tuition and fees = Friday, January 24th, 2025
