Short-Term and Part-Time Opportunities
From time to time, departments may require employees for short-term opportunities that are full-time or part-time. Opportunities can range from administrative support, positions in student affairs to university business services roles and a wide variety of other roles at the university.
Available short-term opportunities are posted on this page. Candidates are required to submit a resume to the contact listed on the posting for each non-union casual position they are interested in applying to.

Participate in the short-term candidate pool
From time to time, departments may require employees on a short-term, temporary basis of up to a maximum of six months to assist with project work, an increased volume of work or to cover a vacation period or leave of absence.
Short-term temporary opportunities range from administrative support, technical support, student affairs to university business services roles.
When these opportunities arise, the need is often immediate or within a short period of time. As a result, they are not posted on the career site.
Submit your resume to be considered for any short-term temporary opportunity that may arise. Resumes are reviewed on a regular basis by the Human Resources and Employment Equity Coordinator.
You may be contacted to confirm your availability for short-term opportunities or to provide additional information about your qualifications and experience.
