Advanced Media Management
In this course, students will learn about organizational behaviour in the media industry. Topics will include theories of employee motivation, individual behaviour, interpersonal and organizational communication, perception and personality in organizations, work attitudes and values, team dynamics and effectiveness, organizational power and politics, conflict and negotiation, leadership, and stress management. (Formerly BDC 904).
