Incident details

TMU Security witnessed two individuals kicking and punching a TMU community member and a member of the public. Security intervened and the individuals left campus. The community member informed security that the individuals had attempted to take their belongings, and were assaulted when they resisted. The community member sustained visible injuries and medical assistance was provided by security. Toronto Police Service and Toronto Paramedic Services were notified and attended. 

Description information

The first individual was described as female, with a light complexion and approximately 16 to 25 years old. They had long black hair. They were wearing a black coat, black tights and sneakers.

The second individual was described as female, with a medium complexion and approximately 16 to 25 years old. They were wearing a black hoodie and black tights.

Available to all community members, this free service pairs you with a uniformed security crew member to escort you to various locations on campus, including nearby parking lots, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
