Connecting on Campus
Access to Toronto Metropolitan University's (TMU) Wireless network is freely available to the entire TMU community while on campus. Service is available in all buildings with focus on common areas such as student lounges, cafeterias and corridors. If you are in an area where no WiFi signal is available, please report it to wireless@torontomu.ca.
If you wish to setup and configure your own access point (wireless router), please read and follow the instructions in the Wireless Lan Communications Policy.
To learn more about the university's wireless initiative, visit the TMU Wireless expansion page.
Faculty/Staff
Faculty and staff requiring a TMUnet (internet) connection from their office should contact the CCS Help Desk. Also see - Faculty and Staff online resources.
Students
While on campus, students with laptops may connect to the internet using TMU's free wireless service.
