Tuesday, September 17, 2024	Admissions	FoA Co-op Mini-Info Session: Virtual (3:00pm-4:00pm)	For first year students from only the following programs: English, Geographic Analysis, History, Philosophy, Politics & Governance, and Sociology Interested in gaining paid industry experience and hands-on learning as an Arts student? Learn more about applying to join the Co-op Program! During the info session you will meet your Co-op Program Specialist to learn all about what co-op is and hear about the benefits of co-op, including career exploration, professional networking opportunities, paid work, better engagement with your schoolwork, and a head start on jobs after graduation. Important dates, deadlines and requirements for the application process will also be covered. We will also set aside time to answer any questions you may bring. Monday, September 30, 2024	Work Term	Last Day to Secure a Work Term for the Term	Last date to submit an Employment Eligibility Request (12 weeks earlier than the last day of the term or 12 weeks earlier from the last day of work term employment whichever comes first).
Sunday, December 15, 2024	Work Term	Last Date to Submit a Fall Work Term Report for Architectural Science	The last date to submit a work term report for Architectural Science for the term for grading. Students will be assigned a fail grade if the deadline is missed.
Friday, January 10, 2025	Enrolment and Fees Dates	Last Day to Request to Withdraw from the Co-op Program (Full Refund of Term Fees)	Students may withdraw from an undergraduate optional co-op program and are eligible for a full refund of winter term co-op fees. No co-op fees will be refunded for the term after this date. Please find the co-op fee schedule on the co-op page.
Friday, January 17, 2025	Enrolment	Last day for Approval to Take a Course for Engineering and Architectural Science	Last day to get an approval to take a course while on a work term. Note: you need the Faculty Advisor's approval by this date.
Friday, January 24, 2025	Work Term	Last Day to Secure a Work Term for the Term	Last date to submit an Employment Eligibility Request (all programs) or secure a work term.
Friday, January 24, 2025	Enrolment	Last day for Approval to Take a Course (All Programs Except Engineering and Architectural Science )	Last day to get approval to take a course while on a work term. Note: you need the Faculty Advisor's approval by this date.
