Recreation

Get active, stay fit and make new friends through the recreation options available at TMU. Take part in intramural sports and regular group classes, as well as personal training and massage therapy.

Athletics

Being a TMU Bold (external link)  is about more than just winning. It is about developing students in all three domains: athletics, academics and community engagement. The Bolds play in the state-of-the-art Mattamy Athletic Centre (MAC) (external link)  located at the historical site of Maple Leaf Gardens.
