TMU Bold Hockey Camp
Description
This program, offered by the nationally ranked TMU Bold Men's hockey team (external link) , is designed to challenge and develop the budding hockey player. With a strong focus on skill development, this program is perfect for young athletes playing organized, competitive hockey and looking to take their game to the next level. Hockey Camp is hosted at the Mattamy Athletic Centre (in the former Maple Leaf Gardens).
Hockey Camp activities include:
- Development of shooting skills, skating skills, and passing skills
- Player assessment (fitness and conditioning, on-ice skills)
- 3 hours of ice time each day
- Daily games / scrimmages
- Team building, group development, and leadership activities
- Recreation activities (basketball, dodgeball, indoor soccer)
- Goalie instruction may be available upon request
Facilitators of Hockey Camp include:
- Mike Fine (Assistant Coach, Men's Hockey)
- TMU Bold varsity hockey players
Ages & Experience Level
- For campers of all genders 7 – 13 years old
- Must have a minimum of two years experience playing organized hockey
Dates & Fees in 2024
Week #7 (August 12 - August 16): $599 - 5 days
Week #8 (August 19 - August 23): $599 - 5 days
Early Bird Deadline: Register by March 29th to save $50 on your registration!
Registration closes three (3) business days before the start of a session, OR when that program is full.
