Special Topics: Sound

Advanced studies in sound design and sonic arts. Offers a broad exploration of sound's creative and scholarly possibilities and will explore storytelling through a variety of sound practices. Through practical projects, reflective writing, and discussions, students develop a nuanced understanding of sound's role in shaping our perceptions and experiences and its possibilities for communicating research and creative ideas. Students are required to have intermediate skills working with digital audio.
