Data as Material
This studio course will examine how data can be used as a raw material for creative expression. Notions of data capture, storage, filtering, analysis as well as representation strategies will be related to data-driven art practice and its cultural significance. Students will deepen their understanding of presentation skills and professional practice through the development of individual and collaborative artworks. (Formerly RTA 842.)
