Consulting to Management
The management consulting process is evaluated on a theoretical basis and supported with practical examples from business. The approach illustrates the tasks and skills required to be an effective consultant. The course will emphasize the role of the consultant through assignments which require application of the skills learned. Students will have an opportunity to compare their newly learned skills and knowledge in seminars and discussions with members of the business community. (Formerly MGT 750)
