There is a late fee service charge of 1.25 percent per month (or portion of a month) (16.08 percent effective annual rate) on any unpaid balance in the student account. Exceptions will only be made for compassionate reasons with documented evidence. Appeals must be made in writing to the Manager, Student Fees.
