Million is an African-Canadian who immigrated to Canada in 2009. He is a first-generation post-secondary education graduate, completing the Post Diploma Degree Nursing Program with the Chang School of Continuing Education.

I am an empathetic, compassionate and considerate nursing professional who thrives in helping others in the best possible ways. I am a life-long learner with a mission to empower myself and others, especially those who are underprivileged. Above all, I want to stay inspired and be an inspiration to others.

What advice do you have for other Black students at TMU?

Stay focused at what they want to be and achieve in life. Maintain a positive mentality and true grit even in the midst of adversity. Trust in the processes they have established for themselves. Continue believing in yourselves – if others can do it, so can you!
