What does it mean to be a Black TMU grad?

Being a Black graduate means being able to break down barriers and stereotypes. This is significant for me, especially being in the Business Technology Management program, there is little Black female representation, so it encouraged me to work even harder to represent the Black community as best as I could.

What advice do you have for other Black students at TMU?

My advice would be to work hard, become involved in the school community and do not be afraid to make mistakes. This is the time to learn more about yourself and try new things so take on all the opportunities you can!
