A group of 19 Toronto Metropolitan University students recently drafted a call for better employment conditions for young workers.
Read their brief titled 'Young Workers and Ontario's Workforce Recovery'. It was submitted to the Ontario Workforce Recovery Advisory Committee. The brief addresses five specific issues: employment standards; employment & income supports; discrimination & harassment; workplace health & safety; unionization & collective bargaining.
