World Corporate Health Day: Roga’s Impact on Burnout and Stress in the Corporate World

Roga (external link) , a BVZ alumni healthcare startup, addresses the challenges of stress and anxiety through a non-invasive therapeutic wearable device that sends a gentle pulse to the brain that signals a feeling of safety and calm to the nervous system. The Roga Device can be used by companies and organizations to build a more stress-free environment, at work or home, for their employees. It supports employees by delivering on-demand care via their mobile app, which features many personalized meditations and self-guided video sessions. Roga drastically improves retention and improves stress relief by 67%, making Roga an effective stress management tool for your employees.
Roga was developed by Dr. Alison Smith (external link) and Ami Lebendiker (external link) , who were inspired to create Roga after their personal experiences with prolonged stress and burnout. They strive to develop Roga as an alternative, safe, and affordable way to manage stress and aim to provide relief to those experiencing stress and burnout to improve their mental health.
