Lab Catalyst
About the Program
The Lab Catalyst program at the Science Discovery Zone is a response to the growing need for wet lab space in the Greater Toronto Area. Designed for ventures in life sciences, clean tech, medical devices, and deep tech, the program supports up to eight startups ready to transform bold ideas into working prototypes and proofs of concept.
We believe groundbreaking innovation shouldn't be limited by access. That’s why Lab Catalyst provides subsidized entry to four specialized lab spaces in downtown Toronto. Whether you’re building biotech solutions, advancing sustainable materials, or developing next-gen diagnostics, Lab Catalyst is here to help you scale your science and amplify your impact.
Advancing Science. Empowering Innovators. Creating Impact.
