Global Entrepreneurship Week 2023
Global Entrepreneurship Week (external link, opens in new window) is a celebration of innovators who dream big and launch startups that bring ideas to life. GEW reaches millions of people of all ages and backgrounds through local, national and global events and activities. During one week each November, thousands of partners across the world hold events and competitions to celebrate and support local entrepreneurs.
Theme: Daily Innovations & Side Hustles
While not all need to be entrepreneurs, all can benefit from entrepreneurial thinking and innovation skills – a belief held by Zone Learning and many others in entrepreneurship and innovation.
At Zone Learning, we believe that entrepreneurship isn’t just for entrepreneurs. That was the inspiration for this year's theme, "Daily Innovation & Side Hustles."
Daily innovation is all about embracing the entrepreneurial mindset in your everyday life and finding innovative solutions to your daily challenges, whether they're related to your academics, career, or personal life.
Now, when we say "side hustles," we mean that podcast you’ve been wanting to start, the sewing projects you work on in your off hours, that app idea you’ve been sitting on for a while, or even those cookies that everyone begs you to bring to class.
The programming at Global Entrepreneurship Week will introduce you to the more accessible side of entrepreneurship and show you how to incorporate innovative thinking into your everyday life. Join us and learn how you too can enter your innovation era!
