Reclaiming Rosaries
Reclaiming Rosaries explores the enduring impact of Spanish Catholicism and colonization on traditional art forms of indigenous South Americans. Through this collection Maxime abstracts the rosary and the Virgen de Guadalupe as symbols of this colonization, and identity of Latinx people around the world.
