Sacred Geometries

Joy’s project explores identity through Sacred Geometry and digital fabrication technology. Hundreds of laser cut black acrylic motifs are fused together to form a torso. The design of each piece is extrapolated from the breathing pattern of a square in traditional Arabic geometric art.
