Joseph has a B.Sc. with honours in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Sc. in Materials Engineering, both from Technion–Israel Institute of Technology, Israel.nWhen Joseph moved to Canada in 2002 from Israel he held positions from Mechanical Engineer to Engineering Director; leading an international team developing water filtration products.
