What You'll Experience
- FREE, 10-week virtual program
- 1-1.5 hour live virtual class + 2 hours of self-guided work per week
- The L2M Discover program runs for 10 weeks, commencing on February 12, 2025, with full training sessions scheduled from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM EST on Wednesdays. These dates and times also apply to the Health-specific programming stream.
