André Serero
André Serero is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in business and law. André teaches law at Ryerson University’s Ted Rogers School of Management (TRSM) and at Ryerson’s Faculty of Law. He is also a member of the Ted Rogers Leadership Centre.
André is the Founder and Lead for the Top 200 Program, a unique leadership development program for emerging leaders. He is also the Faculty Advisor for TRSM’s Law and Business Co-op program and the Honorary President for the Ted Rogers Students’ Society. In addition, André provides specialized workshops on strategic leadership with TRSM’s Executive and Corporate Education Program.
André is also an instructor for YEDI (one of the world's top university business accelerators), and the Plekhanov University of Economics in Moscow (Russia). André provides specialized seminars for entrepreneurs on a wide range of topics (Canadian Business on the Global Stage; Entrepreneurial Leadership & Building Successful Teams; Strategy for Raising Funds; and Legal Aspects of Doing Business in Canada), both in Canada and internationally (most recently in Russia, Armenia and Kazakhstan).
André was recently awarded the TRSM Dean's Teaching Award and the CACEE National Award for Excellence in Innovation & Leadership Development (for the Top 200 Program). André is also a past recipient of the Canadian General Counsel Award and was voted Corporate Counsel Newsmaker of the Year. André holds law degrees from McGill University.
