SRT Updates:

The following is a list of SRT enhancements based on user feedback:

  • A replacement term is no longer a search requirement. This provides authors with a search-only option.
  • Results now include template type and publication status (Published, Unpublished).
  • A 'Content Preview' is now available when you click the number under the ‘Instances’ column.
  • Search result excerpts now display in a bulleted list for improved usability. 
  • Links in search results will now open in a new window.
  • ‘Replacement Requests From Other AEM Authors’ has been renamed ‘Replacement Terms (from other authors)’.
  • Filtering options  - path, publication status, template, checkmark to view specific terms - have been added to the "Replacement Terms (from other authors)" console.
  • Back-end changes have been implemented to improve speed and accuracy of search results.
